One sprint
from idea
to launch.
The calendar is fixed the day the sprint starts. For thirty days a product lead, a designer and two developers work only on your project.

What we deliver.

Four blocks. The date holds.
If the scope grows, the date moves. That is why we cut the scope in week one and push changes to the next sprint.
Scope
Product map, screen list, technical architecture. We decide what we will not build.
Flows
Every screen gets designed and coded. A clickable build lands every Friday.
Testing
TestFlight and the Play test track. Real users, real devices, written feedback.
Launch
Store copy, assets, review tracking. You are live the day approval lands.
Not every project ships in 30 days.
There are other calendars for large scopes or projects we take over. We pick the model together in the first call.

Common questions.
If your question is not here, write a few lines and we answer the same day.
What happens if the scope grows during the sprint?+−
The date holds. The new request goes into the next sprint. If the scope grows the date moves; we choose the date.
I only have an idea, no code yet. Does that work?+−
It does. We start week one with a scoping workshop: product map, screen list and technical architecture.
Do we own the code?+−
Yes. The repository is transferred to you at delivery. Design files are shared the same day.
I have a half-finished project. Would you take it over?+−
With Rescue Build we analyse the existing code, clean up the bugs, resolve store rejections and produce a handover plan.
Do you build iOS and Android separately?+−
We build both platforms together from one codebase. That cuts the timeline and the maintenance cost.
How does payment work?+−
Three equal instalments: at the start, on day 15, on launch day. If the launch slips, the last instalment slips with it.
