Data controller
This website (westudio.dev) is operated by We Studio. Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), the controller of the personal data you share through the site is We Studio.
Which data do we collect?
The site collects only the data you submit through a form:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The information you give about your project need and the content of your message
- The answers you give in interactive tools (for example the assessment and project brief forms)
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why do we process it?
The information you share is used only for the following purposes:
- To evaluate your project request and get back to you
- To send proposals and information about the service you asked for
- To manage the contact history
Your data is not sold to third parties and is not added to marketing lists.
Where is the data stored?
We store form submissions on Google Firebase (Google LLC). The servers of this service may be located abroad; your data is transferred to that infrastructure together with your form submission, under your explicit consent. Firebase is subject to Google's data processing and security commitments.
Retention period
Enquiry and contact records are kept for as long as needed to evaluate your request and run a possible business relationship. On your request your data is deleted without delay.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you always have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or wrong
- Request its deletion or destruction
- Object to results produced solely by automated systems
