Full Stack Developer

About the Position: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing and dynamic team at WeStudio. In this role, you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless API integrations, building scalable systems, and implementing modern UI/UX designs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative startup environment, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to impactful projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and its frameworks (Next.js, Nest.js, Express.js).

• Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.

• Solid understanding of TypeScript for scalable and maintainable code.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS for modern UI development.

• Familiarity with Context API, Redux, or Zustand for state management in React-based applications.

• Experience in backend API development and integrating them on the frontend.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.

• Experience working in an Agile environment with CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with authentication (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth, etc.).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless functions.

• Exposure to database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase).

• Familiarity with DevOps and deployment processes.

• Experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.

• Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication.

• Ability to optimize performance in high-traffic applications.
