About the Position

WeStudio is looking for a Frontend Developer who is passionate about building intuitive and performant web applications. In this role, you’ll focus on crafting seamless user experiences with modern frontend frameworks, working closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers. You’ll play a key part in shaping the visual and interactive side of high-impact digital products for startups and WeStudio’s in-house ventures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in production environments.

• Proficiency in TypeScript for writing clean and scalable frontend code.

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) standards.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks.

• Redux requirement and familiarity with state management library like Context API.

• Understanding of component-based architecture, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.

• Git & version control proficiency, with understanding of common workflows.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Strong design sensibility and attention to pixel-perfect detail.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering and routing.

• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).

• Exposure to performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, etc.).

• Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices.

• Experience with CMS integrations or headless architectures.

• A good eye for design, or a background working closely with UI/UX teams.

• Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
