About the Position:

We Studio is looking for a results-driven Business & Sales Strategist to lead our growth operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO to define and execute sales strategies, build scalable marketing campaigns, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
This is a strategic and hands-on position that offers direct impact and visibility—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and loves turning ideas into action.

Qualifications:

• 0.5-2 years of experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, or business development

• Strong communication skills and confidence in leading client conversations

• Strategic thinking paired with a data-driven mindset

• Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)

• Familiarity with funnel strategies, lead generation, and digital marketing channels

• Comfortable working directly with leadership and owning business KPIs

• Fluent in both English and Turkish (written & verbal)

Bonus Points:

• Experience in tech/startup environments

• Previous involvement in writing proposals, business plans, or growth playbooks

• Ability to build landing pages, outreach flows, or campaign dashboards

• Understanding of product-market fit and scalable growth models

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute our outbound sales strategy (email, LinkedIn, referrals)

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop inbound campaigns

• Identify and qualify potential clients and partnership opportunities

• Manage and optimize our CRM, sales pipeline, and lead nurturing workflows

• Co-create business strategies and partnership decks with the CEO

• Track, report, and analyze growth metrics for continuous improvement

• Stay on top of market trends and competitive landscape insights
